What is Let’s Talk Strata?

The Let’s Talk Strata podcast is the first of its kind for QLD. It’s a platform that sees pinnacle industry professionals discuss matters within the areas of their expertise concerning all things Strata.

Strata issues affect a significant number of Queenslanders and this podcast seeks to elevate those important issues to the communities’ attention. The podcast also strives to obtain the views of every important stakeholder in the Strata industry

Why does Queensland need a Strata podcast?

Strata issues affect almost every person that lives in or is connected with units, apartments, townhouses in Queensland. The issues can be controversial and complex because the law that underpins Strata is often complex. We bring expert and industry leaders to chat with Marc Mercier, Strata lawyer and author of the first Body Corporate Textbook for Queensland (Body Corporate Law in Qld, Practice and Procedure (BCLQ)

What can you expect?

Listen to stimulating discussions on matters ranging from pets, management rights, debt recovery, dispute resolution and other practical issues that confront everyday Queenslanders. The discussions have take-home tips and tricks and provide real and practical information to common problems in Strata

How we do it

In order to match the high calibre of our speakers,  the Let's Talk Strata podcast is professionally studio-produced by sound engineer, Vahid Fazel. 

Vahid is passionate about videography and commercial studio work, and provides sound editing to create the optimal environment for Marc and his guest speakers to bring you an enjoyable and informative listening experience.  

Once recorded, the interview is commercially produced by Vahid to enhance the listener's experience.
